Island News Professional brought to Alaska many new writers who wrote pieces dealing with business on the islands and the surroundings. It also included news and travel columns, as well as mining reports and an article about Kenai Fjords National Park and an island weather report. A calendar of the cultural life of the island and mining and wildlife reports were also included. Another important addition was local obituaries. The obituaries were arranged alphabetically under each city in this issue. This made it easier for readers to find the right information. Read more about Island News Sports now.
