If the moon is full and you are having a candle lit dinner with your loved one, it is certainly a beautiful moon but if you are trying to get some sleep and the dogs are barking all night at that full moon, then you might look at that same moon with frustration and wish it were gone. It is you, not the moon that has changed. The moon is just the screen onto which you project your mind.

To move through a frustra, you simply feel the emotion and then go inward and find the judgment that’s behind it. All emotions come from judgments which in themselves are just imbalanced thoughts. You say this is more right than wrong, or more good than bad and you create your judgments and beliefs, values. It is these that block your life and your heart and it is these that natural living require that you shift at every chance. You change that belief, evolve it, by looking for the balance in it.

Self Help Books contain other people’s wisdom, experience and often detail on their journeys. So, you must take your own journey, but learn from others to make that journey easier.

YOU: Do not forget to ask. Asking will likely get the most direct answer to you questions. Get the locals business cards. Build some valuable contacts. Meet a new supplier. Your resort mates may be exactly the source you have been looking for. Meet people and ask questions. Watch for opportunity.
